United States Capitol at night
It was my last night in D.C. I hopped on a scooter and visited several monuments, and most were somewhat busy. But when I made it to the Capitol, the only person there was a single security guard, who you can barely see in the picture. It felt like the Capitol shut down for a few minutes just so I could capture this shot.
